Ingredients
1 grapefruit, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 (25 oz) bottle rosé wine
1 cup grapefruit juice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
Brookshire’s Club Soda, for serving
ice, for serving
fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Directions
  1. Place grapefruit and lime in the bottom of a large pitcher. Muddle with a wooden spoon to get the flavors going.
  2. Pour wine and grapefruit juice over the top. Mix in the sugar until dissolved. Add strawberries. Let chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. For maximum infusion of flavors, chill overnight before serving. Stir again when ready to serve.
  3. Pour mixture into glasses, filling about 3/4 of the way. Top with club soda and ice. Garnish with mint leaves. 
  4. Tip: You can add grapefruit vodka to enhance the grapefruit flavor.
